Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Broker Service INC (the “Company”) and the undersigned client (the “Client”). This Agreement governs the provision of telecommunication negotiation services (the “Services”) by the Company pursuant to applicable Canadian laws. By engaging the Company’s Services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Agreeable Terms

All services provided under this Agreement are subject to these terms. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

2. Privacy Notice

The Company collects and uses personal information per PIPEDA, solely for providing the Services. We will not share your data without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Description of Service

We evaluate your current telecommunication plans, negotiate with your providers for better rates, and implement any agreed changes to secure cost savings.

4. Authorization

You authorize us to represent you in negotiations, access account details, and communicate with providers on your behalf.

5. Communication

We may contact you by email or text for updates. You may opt out at any time in writing.

6. Service Fee

• No savings realized → no fee.
• Savings realized → 30 % of total savings (up to 24 months).

Example: A $240 monthly bill reduced by $30 for 6 months saves $180; fee = 30 % × $180 = $54.

7. Cancellation

(a) Cancel anytime before negotiation starts → no charge.
(b) Cancel within 24 hours after start → no charge.
(c) Later cancellations → possible partial fee at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer & Indemnity

Services are provided “as is” without guarantee of savings. You indemnify us for any breach or misuse of Services.

9. Testimonials

We may request reviews; participation is voluntary and may carry incentives.

10. License & Use

You receive a revocable, non‑exclusive license to use our platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All IP remains our property.

11. Copyright Compliance

We comply with the Canadian Copyright Act. Infringement claims are handled per legal requirements.
